Dale Tsang

Dale Tsang is currently a faculty member at Laney College, Diablo Valley College, and accompanies the Oakland City Chorus. She earned her BM from the University of Southern California, studying with Professor John Perry, her MM at the University of Michigan, studying with Dickran Atamian, and her DMA from Rice University, studying with Professor John Perry. She won first place in the 2001 Carmel Music Society Competition. She was a solo-round competitor in the 1997 Van Cliburn International Piano Competition and a semi-finalist in the 1999 Washington International Competition, and has taken numerous other prizes. In 2015, she was soloist in Beethoven’s Choral Fantasia with  Oakland City Chorus and Oakland Civic Orchestra.
