Improve your camera skills or pursue a career as a professional photographer. Emphasis on the fundamentals of camera capture, basic lighting with artificial and available light. Improve your photography using industry practices in the commercial, portraiture, event, wedding, photojournalism, fine art and fashion markets.

Intermediate photography concentrating on production practices. Digital capture and processing. Advanced studio and location lighting. Photography as a business and establishing a workflow. Developing real-time assignments as they apply to different photography markets: editorial, advertising, event, portraiture, wedding, fashion and photojournalism.

Photo 220/230: Introduction & Intermediate Professional Photography. Sections A/B/C/D. 2 Units each.
This combined class has the same prerequisites as listed in the above classes.
Advanced level of digital photography designed for students to develop their individual style and portfolio. This concentrates on the aesthetics and professional quality of their photography and professional work on real-time assignments both individually and as a team. Mastering your digital medium in the different photography markets: commercial, documentation, editorial, advertising, portraiture, fashion and photojournalism. Digital application only.
