New and Returning Students

iEnroll – Chinese Translation    iEnroll- Spanish Translation

New Students
1. Click here to apply for admissions at Laney. Wait at least 24 hours after submission, to receive Welcome Email containing 8- digits student ID number and login to student portal.
2. Click here to complete the Online Orientation. ESOL students must complete in-person Orientation, contact Welcome Center at (510) 464-3540.
3. For Assessment information, click here .
4. See a counselor to complete student Educational Plan.
5. You are now ready to enroll in classes during our Open Enrollment period.
6. Pay fees two weeks before the start of the semester to avoid being drop for non-payment or hold being place on account.

 

Returning Students
(If you’ve missed two or more semesters, you will need to complete the following steps in order to enroll in classes)

1.Click here to reapply for admissions at Laney, allow at least 24 hour for processing. Returning students maintain the same Student ID number and login to student portal as before.
2. See a counselor to complete or update student Educational Plan.
3. You are now ready to enroll in classes during our Open Enrollment period.
4. Pay fees two weeks before the start of the semester to avoid being drop for non-payment or hold being place on account.

NonCredit ESOL Students


1. Click here to apply and submit noncredit application online.
2.
After 24-48 hours, new students will receive an email with their student ID number and login information to their student portal.
3. You are now ready to enroll in classes! Open enrollment is the first day NonCredit students may officially begin enrolling.

 

 

 

 


High School Students

1. Click here to apply for admissions.
2.Click here to download the High School Special Enrollment form.
3. If enrolling in English or Math courses for the first time, see a Laney counselor with a copy of unofficial high school transcript for appropriate assessment.
4. Submit completed special enrollment form to the Admissions & Records Office at laneyadmissions@peralta.edu to get enroll in classes.
