Laney music professor, Victor Siu, shares an amazing compilation from his Chinese Orchestra class. Although the shelter-in-place order may have posed numerous challenges for both students and instructors, Siu and his students were able to take this time as an opportunity to collaborate and persevere, ultimately putting together an unforgettable ensemble.
“I recorded a track with the keyboard and metronome, and had the students play to the track and they used their phones, iPads etc., to record themselves,” says Siu.
