CATALOG SEARCH FUNCTIONS
In order to view an entire course outline for a particular course, you can perform a search for it through our curriculum search engine. You can look up course information, descriptions, course content, student learning outcomes (SLO’s), and course objectives.
Our classes are listed in the catalog under several different course codes: Kinesiology (KIN)/ Athletics (ATHL)/ Sports Fitness (SPFT)/ Health Education (HLTED). Most of our Aquatics, Yoga, and lecture courses are under KIN, many of our fitness and activity classes are listed under SPFT. Because of all the different areas we cover, our department is also referred to as the acronym “KASH” for the areas listed below.

All of our courses have Student Learning Outcomes that are expected to be achieved during the course of the class. These are known as SLO’s.
