Laney Photography student Adrienne Miller was recognized for her work at the 2016 Brazil Olympics. Adrienne took First Place in the Inside Page Layout Category (Graphic Design by KR Nava) at the Journalism Association of Community Colleges State Conference on April 2, 2017.
Laney Photography student Alishia Thomas placed 3rd in the Sports Action Photography category of the 2016 Journalism Association of Community Colleges.
