Oakland City Council Campaign
Sean Sullivan’s City Council campaign is seeking an intern who can work a minimum of ten hours a week on the campaign. This internship is unpaid but does guarantee a letter of reference. Description: Learning the ins and outs of campaign work, including campaign strategy, voter targeting, mail production, ad campaigns, getting familiar with voter databases, talking to people in the community and finding out which issues are most important to them, script testing for precinct walks and phone banks. Greenlining Action
Working to restore funding to public schools in California and protect against unfair insurance pricing, by passing Propositions 33 and 38 this November. We are looking for several part-time volunteer and paid callers to help contact voters and inform them of these issues on the ballot. Volunteer and paid positions are available ($9-10/hr).
