Experience the rich traditions and cultural heritage of Dia De Los Muertos with us. Our celebration will include vibrant altars and interactive activities to honor and remember our loved ones who have passed away. This year, in addition to our traditional altars, we will also have a special altar to commemorate the lives of victims of gun violence in Oakland.
As you immerse yourself in the festivities, don’t forget to savor the warm embrace of hot chocolate and the delicious delight of churros. It’s a sweet way to come together as a community and share in the warmth and culture of Dia De Los Muertos.
Both events are fantastic opportunities to connect with your fellow students and staff, celebrate diversity, and create lasting memories. We encourage everyone to participate, whether you’re in a Halloween costume, your best Dia De Los Muertos attire, or your regular everyday wear – everyone is welcome!
