In a democracy, shouldn’t our government serve the interests of the people? Join us for speakers and discussion on the attacks on our rights to: reproductive choice, voting, housing, racial justice, LGBTQIA equity, and quality public education for all. Let’s talk about how the people are using community organizing, voting, and direct action to try to get what we need. What else can we do? This teach-in is hosted by the Laney Chapter of the Poor People’s Campaign and will be held on Zoom on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022 from 11 am-2 pm. All are welcome to join for free. Register here
