California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office initiates Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC) grants to expand free textbook programs across the state’s system of community colleges. Open Educational Resources Committee invited everyone to join the Professional Development session in-person or via zoom to learn about the opportunity and give input into how Laney can create ZTC programs that will help students reduce financial burdens.
