Follow the steps below if you are eligible to petition for a degree or certificate evaluation:
- Complete the Petition form for AA/AS Degree or the Petition Form for a Certificate; bring completed form to step 2.
- Schedule an appointment with a counselor for review of degree/certificate requirements.Note: Appointments should be made in EOPS or DSPS if you are working with counselors in those programs; all other students can make appointments in the Counseling Department, Administration Building Room 350.
- Return your petition (with student and counselor signatures) and the evaluation worksheets completed by counselor to the Admissions and Records Office on the college campus.
Spring 2013 deadline to submit completed forms for all degrees and certificates is March 22, 2013
