Wellness Week Laney College

Take a break and recharge during Wellness Week, hosted by the Laney Wellness Center. Join us for a full week of activities designed to support your mental, physical, and emotional well-being—no experience needed.

Enjoy daily sessions including meditation, self-defense, expressive arts, acupuncture, yoga, and more. Snacks, beverages, and raffle prizes will be available at each event.

Highlights:

  • Meditation & Salsa (Mon)
  • Self-Defense (Tues – limited to first 20 participants)
  • Expressive Art Stations (Wed)
  • Acupuncture, Energy Healing & Herbal Medicine (Thurs)
  • Yoga + Discussion (Fri)

Open to all students. Come for one session or the whole week.
