Shared Governance is vital to the operation of Laney College – from the Academic and Classified Senates, to the Associated Student Government, to various specialized committees.

The Business Office supports the educational mission by providing a range of business and support services for faculty and staff. This includes managing budgets, allocating resources, overseeing operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the college to support its goals.


IT maintains & supports computers for faculty, staff, computer labs & classrooms for Laney College.

Program Review is a planning process which creates a document that shows the current state of a unit, how a unit is connected to the college and community and explains how a unit wants to move forward in the next few years.
