The Student Tech Support Center is an on-campus support service and open computer lab for current students that provides in-person and online technological tutoring for Canvas, Peralta Portal, Chromebooks, and more!
We will assist with troubleshooting issues that may prohibit students from successfully completing their classes. We provide technology literacy tutoring and technical support to all current Laney College students regardless of their major, technical ability or knowledge.
We Are Available To Assist Students With:
- Connecting to the campus Wi-Fi
- Assistance with Zoom
- Setting up a Peralta email account on your personal devices
- Using Microsoft Office 365 Apps
- Installing and using Office 365
- Navigating in Canvas
