Join Alicia Mandac, ACSW (#115137), for a restorative yoga series designed to support mental health and emotional balance.
This free, beginner-friendly class combines movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to help you relax and recharge during the semester.
Free for all Laney College students.
Mats provided. Wear comfortable clothes.
