You are eligible if:
- You had Submitted the 24-25 FAFSA Application AND
- You are in the Laney ROC Program (formerly incarcerated) OR
- You are a Laney CalWorks student OR
- You are a former foster youth AND
- You are in good standing OR you have an approved SAP (Satisfactory Academic Progress) Appeal.
- Good Standing:
- Cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher
- Completed units vs attempted units must be 66.67% (Completion Rate)
- No more than 90 units attempted
- Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
- Failing Good Academic Standing
- Submitted a SAP Appeal for the current semester
- Received SAP approval for the current semester
