What is Laney Community College’s policy regarding students with disabilities?  It is the policy and practice of Laney Community College that otherwise qualified students having disabilities be authorized academic accommodations, adjustments, and auxiliary aids to ensure access and opportunity to all of the college services, programs, and activities.  Laney SAS was established to more fully accommodate the academic and support needs of students with disabilities as mandated by Section 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
