There is still time left to register for the Biomedical Manufacturing and Technology Networking Summit this Friday, October 4th in the Laney College theater (maps and directions here). Please invite your colleagues, students, and especially industry personnel who might be interested. Cost is free and it’s open to all those interested in the medical device and biopharmaceutical fields. Lunch will be provided.

This Summit will bring together outstanding, regional biomedical companies and suppliers to promote a biomedical cluster, and increase business and connections between local companies in the industry. It will be useful for CEO’s to shop floor managers at medical device and biopharma manufacturers, both OEM’s and suppliers. You will get a chance to network with other manufacturers, see new technology developed in the Bay Area, and hear updates on the State of California’s assistance in manufacturing and the use of Big Data on the shop floor.
There will be tables for each company, offering an opportunity for you to display your products, processes and innovations. We do not view this as a sales event, but rather as an opportunity for companies to network, connect, share ideas, and just in general determine what manufacturing capabilities exist in the Bay Area.
