Our guest facilitator for this workshop will be Ms. Bianca Brown, from the Peers Envisioning and Engaging in Recovery Services (PEERS) organization in Oakland. In this workshop, we will be talking about the ways you can do to maintain your mental health and creating a vision board! Please come join us to learn more about how YOU can improve and manage your mental health! 🙂
