Jeanne Clery Campus Security Act
Laney College strives to provide a safe, secure, and orderly campus environment conducive to its campus community of students, faculty, classified staff, and visitors.
In order to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act, the Peralta Community College District publishes an Annual Security Report (ASR).
As required by the Act, Peralta collects and analyzes crime statistics from various sources, including police services. Crime locations reported are on-campus and at public property adjacent to campus.
