This week at The Bistro, Laney Culinary Arts students present A Visit to Japan & Korea, a three-course prix fixe dining experience inspired by the flavors of Japanese and Korean cuisine.
The menu features selections including sweet potato tataki, seared ahi tuna, onigirazu, Takayama ramen, Korean vegetable tempura, chirashizushi and a choice of freshly prepared desserts.

CSU College Nights: Your Future Starts at the CSU
