Email Signature Guidelines

Standard Email Signature

At Laney College, the email signature serves as more than just contact information—it reflects the college's identity in every communication. A consistent, standardized signature reinforces Laney’s brand by ensuring all messages appear professional, cohesive, and aligned with institutional values.

Using the approved signature format across departments supports a unified image and provides clear, essential contact details. It reflects our commitment to clear, effective communication on behalf of the college.

Please use the standard email signature for all official correspondence to maintain consistency and professionalism.
