Withdrawal Policy
Students must drop classes they don’t plan to attend. Drops before the census date may qualify for a refund; after that, a “W” appears on your record. Failure to drop may result in an “FW” grade. Check the Academic Calendar for deadlines.
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
To keep your financial aid, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards, including a 2.0 GPA and completing at least 67% of your attempted units. These rules apply even if you didn’t receive aid in a given semester.
Student Loans
Federal student loans are available but not automatically offered. To apply, you must submit a Loan Packet to your college’s Financial Aid Office. Borrow only what you need—understand the long-term impact and make a plan to borrow responsibly.
Return of Title IV Funds
Financial aid disbursements and refunds.
