Courses are geared toward activities to improve cardiovascular and muscular fitness and preparation for sports conditioning. Sports fitness courses encompass: aerobic exercise courses, core training, strength training, aquatics and some sports conditioning. Class participation should generate a higher level of fitness for each student.

This Certificate is designed to prepare students to plan, implement, and manage proper motor skills for various activities and professions.  Coursework will make students proficient at fine and gross motor control and motor coordination and to be able to plan their motor actions.
